Promise Street Senior Services (PSSS) was born from real family experience — supporting my own parents for over a decade through everyday tasks, technology challenges, organization, and meaningful conversations.
Along the way, I saw firsthand how deeply older adults value being heard, respected, and understood — not just assisted.
What began as helping my own family evolved into a broader commitment: to provide that same steady, trusted presence to other older adults and their families throughout the community.
Today, that personal foundation informs a structured, pilot-based model designed to support residents while easing operational burden for housing providers.
